User Contributions

Rainbow Cash & Carry allows users to share comments, feedback, suggestions, questions, reviews, and other forms of content through its website and mobile application.

1. GENERAL

At Rainbow Cash & Carry, our commitment is to deliver products with the highest standards of quality. While we hope you are fully satisfied with your purchase.

For all orders of Rs. 25,000 or above, whether paid in cash or via card-on-machine, customers are required to provide a valid CNIC copy to the rider for record-keeping purposes.

2. Exchange Policy

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please notify us on the same day of delivery. Our team will guide you through the return process to our address. Please note that all customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned product is received, we will conduct a detailed inspection and if this is verified, we may offer a cash voucher or replacement at our sole discretion.

3. PRICE AND CONTENT INFORMATION

While we endeavor to maintain accurate pricing and content information, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at incorrect prices or with inaccurate content descriptions. In such cases, we will contact the customer for further instructions and may choose to cancel the order at our discretion.

4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for various reasons, including limitations on quantities, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications before accepting any order, and if cancelled, we will notify you.

5. CARD PAYMENT POLICY

All customers of Rainbow Cash & Carry are informed that if you make a payment using a debit/credit card and receive a payment SMS, but the payment slip is not generated from Rainbow Cash & Carry’s machine, please contact your bank immediately and register a complaint.

Rainbow Cash & Carry does not receive any payment in such cases and therefore cannot be held responsible for this error. If payment is not successfully received on the spot, our rider will not be authorized to hand over the items to you. Rider will be bound to provide a detailed receipt/list generated through the Rainbow Cash & Carry POS machine at the time of delivery.

Delivery Charges

  • A minimum order of PKR 500 is required.
  • A flat delivery fee of PKR 150 will be applied to all orders.
  • Enjoy Free Delivery on orders worth PKR 3,500 or above.

Delivery Timelines

Rainbow Cash & Carry Online ensures that your order is dispatched within the selected timeframe. Deliveries are made only to specified regions within website & mobile application. The exact delivery time will be confirmed with you at the time of placing your order.

Please note that delivery timelines may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as internet disruptions, weather conditions, traffic issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, delays may occur despite our best efforts.

Your privacy is very important to us. Any personal information you provide through this website or mobile application will be handled in accordance with Rainbow Cash & Carry Online Privacy Policy.
